Young researchers conference in cognitive science

The Cognitio 2006 Committee is not responsible for establishing your travel arrangements or obtaining visas. However, in order to assist with the travel visa application process, we will provide upon request a letter of invitation to attend Cognitio 2006 to authors of abstracts that have been submitted and to non-authors who would like to attend. The invitation letter will normally be provided in the form of a pdf file via email. In rare cases your embassy may request that a paper letter be mailed to you, which can also be provided.

If you wish to receive a visa invitation letter, then submit the information listed below to cognitio2006@gmail.com.

Include:

• your full name (as it appears on your passport);
• your academic affiliation;
• postal address;
• arrival and departure dates of your visit to Canada;
• email address, phone and fax numbers;
• date of birth;
• citizenship, and
• your Cognitio 2006 abstract submission title where applicable.

This information is required for your letter of invitation from the Cognitio 2006 Operating Committee, but it does not give you a visa or guarantee that the Canadian mission will grant a visa. Please allow 3 days for an email response, or 3 weeks for delivery of a "paper mail" invitation letter.

Participants are responsible for assuming full responsibility for any travel and accommodation expenses.
